A productive performance review can have a significant impact on an individual’s career. Getting honest feedback and understanding performance targets is vital to ensuring positive growth.
A successful performance review, however, is not simply up to a supervisor; employees play a critical role in ensuring that they receive the information they need during a performance review. Get tips for receiving a successful performance review and how to prepare by watching the SEMA Businesswomen’s Network (SBN) on-demand session. In just one hour, you will learn:
- The importance of reviews and setting targets for professional growth
- How to have an honest and productive conversation that points to specific examples of exceptional professional achievement
- Tips for gathering feedback that identifies training and development needs
Your role in your performance review is just as important as that of your supervisor. Don’t miss this chance to hear from Maru Trevizo, SEMA VP of Human Resources, as she is joined by webinar moderator Melissa Parker -Bordeaux of Oracle Lighting.
