How to Unplug, powered by SBN

Recorded On: 05/18/2022

When workloads become overwhelming, spending some time focusing on self-care can improve your mindset, reduce stress, and leave you better-prepared to overcome challenges with calm and clarity. Being intentional about your thoughts and how you spend your time can have immediate and lasting benefits on your overall health.

Find out how meditation, journaling, breath work, and self-care can help clear your mind and increase focus when you need it most by joining the SEMA Businesswomen’s Network for this on-demand session on the benefits of unplugging from work.

Hear Jaclyn Sunseri, VP of media and sales at Hemmings Motor News, and Tiffanie Hartenstein, CEO of Oracle Lighting, lead a virtual presentation on how to unplug from work, how to encourage your team to unplug, and how to be a good role model.
