MECP Program president Kris Bulla will discuss how skills certification can impact your career, your business, and the customer’s perception of and confidence in both. Bulla will explore topics like using certification as a competitive advantage, promoting certification to customers, and how to choose certifications that will benefit you most. This session will show how the MECP Program has evolved to help technicians and sales specialists accomplish all these things and provide recommendations on what you should look for in other skills certifications.
